Monkey Adoption Pending! |

| Chunky Monkey -
Loves Kids, Loves everyone. Super big snuggler who wants to play
and "ham it up" in the limelight. As his name implies, Chunky
Monkey needs a family committed to helping him shed some pounds.
This may be a hard task since he has been known to push an empty
dog bowl around the house to every person in the home until
someone gives him some more "treats". Chunky has only one eye
but is not affected by the loss of the other. He is active,
playful, and really just goes with the flow. Chunky is
approximately 4 or 5 years old. If you are looking for a big
mama's boy, or a best buddy for daddy, fill out an application

Gabby
Adopted! |

Gabby is a fawn female
approximately 3 or 4 years old. One of our organization
followers who runs "On the spot, mobile dog grooming" met up
with a van full of dogs in the parking lot of Palace
Station Saturday that were rescued from several Missouri
puppy mills. When the woman realized there were pugs on the
van, she immediately thought of SNPR and took them to her
home and called us. (Along with the pugs, she also
saved some beagles, and other dogs as well) As it turns out
she has really bonded with one of the pugs and is going to
keep her, but would like SNPR to find the other precious
little female a home. She has obvious signs of breeding. She
is a happy little girl with a new lease on life now that she
has been saved from the life she was living. We are looking
for a home that will treat her like a princess pug, and not
a pug production line. After we get her to the vet for a
check-up, shots, and a spay, she will be available for
adoption.
3/13 – Gabby is recovering
nicely from her spay and is now up to date on all her shots.
SNPR decided to do a few extra tests on Gabby since she came
from a different state. The good news is she tested
negative for heartworms and her urine test came back clean,
but the bad news is she has worms in her fecal matter.
She is on medication now to treat them and then again in 3
weeks, with a retest for parasites in a month.
